I know you're scared. I'm scared. We are in a situation we can't control, and that is scary in itself (thus the hoarding).
I'm not saying look away, or pretend this isn't happening. And for the love of all that is holy, stay home, and if you have to go out, practice social distancing.
I'm saying- in case you need to hear it- and I have to tell myself regularly---
